During his Senior Residency at Dayanand Medical College, Dr. Dhir gained extensive experience in critical care nephrology, kidney transplant management, and interventional procedures. He also served as a Senior Resident at PGIMER, Chandigarh, and completed his Junior Residency at Sri Guru Ramdas Medical College, Amritsar, where he received comprehensive training in various specialties.

Dr. Dhir is highly skilled in managing kidney transplant patients, CKD patients, patients on hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, and those with uncontrolled blood pressure, diabetic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis (blood/protein leak in urine), urinary infections, kidney cysts, and kidney stones. He is trained in handling interventional nephrology procedures, including Tunneled IJV catheter (Permcath), Peritoneal dialysis catheter, and Renal biopsy in children.
